Finance Minister B.Bolor signed an agreement on Development cooperation between Governments of Mongolia and Turkey with Mehmet Sureia Er, VP of TIKA (Turkisn Cooperation and Coordination Agency) today (April 8, 2016).

The agreement is a bridge between Governments of two countries and to serve as main document to ensure legal environment to carry projects and programs to be financed by the Government of Turkey.

Parties had agreed to cooperate on projects in social, agricultural, education, health and small and medium enterprise development.

TIKA (Turkish Cooperation and Coordination agency) provides development assistance through its program offices in over 50 countries aroynd the world. The Mongolia office was opened in 1994 and since the opening it has provided US$ 30 m for 400 projects in infrastructure, agriculture, tourism, health, environment protection, education and science, cultural cooperation.
