Since start of the Good nomad program carried by the Government of Mongolia 5200 nomads submitted their loan applications to the State Bank.

According to the program criteria nomads have rights to get 10% loans. The State bank issued MNT9,151 billion loan to 2707 in the first week of April since March 15, 2016.

Commercial banks received mortgage applications of 3392 citizens requesting MNT205.9 billion and issued 5% MNT43.4 billion to 924 citizens and 8% MNT104 billion mortgage to 1603 citizens.

MNT22.5 billion of 547 lenders purchased housing in Baganuur, Bagakhangai, Nalaikh districts as well as in 21 aimags were transferred into 5% loans.
