Quarantine set due to sheeppox Sheeppox was diagnosed on January 11 in Baruun Urt of Sukhbaatar aimag.

The disease was spread and more cases were registered in 24 soums of 5 aimags, including Sukhbaatar, Khentii, Dornod, Dornogobi and Tuv aimags. In addition to that sheeppox case was registered on February 25 at the border of Bayanzurkh and Nalaikh districts.

The Governor of Bayanzurkh district set 3 week quarantine in Baga Deendii valley in the territory of 20th khoroo.

The Trade and Service department and Special Inspection department of Bayanzurkh district warn the public on high risk of sheeppox break through human, livestock and transport means.
