Policy on transport vehicle taxes to be paid depending on the last digit of the license plate number has been enforced from last year. 

Owners of vehicles which license plate number ends with 2 and 7 obliged to pay taxes within month of February. In accordance with the policy authorities resolved to remove unexploited transport vehicles from the state registry which totals to about 105 thousand at country level. The number consists of vehicles failed to be inspected, pay taxes and returned back from abroad in last four years or in 2012-2015. The authorities said that there are 97,770 transport vehicles which owners failed to pay taxes accordingly.
